We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your 9Teen80 Cosmetics purchase, unfortunately based on the nature of products offered we are unable to accept returns.
We will however facilitate a credit which will be due based on reasonable justification as to why a return was needed.
• This reason must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a credit.
• If it’s due to shipping damage, please provide proof of such damage to us to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with credit.
• Please note on your request the reason.
Only items purchased on www.9teen80cosmetics.com may be accepted for a issuance of any credit. Items purchased from 9teen80cosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell 9teen80cosmetics products.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on 9teen80cosmetics.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your packing slip. On the packing slip, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Please contact customer service at email@example.com and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
